WHA Nona is a lovely medium brown female with Hemingway, Victor, and Augusto bloodlines. She has moderately dense fleece with nice crimp and handle. Nona is a solid square female with good bone structure. She is a calm animal, will be easy to handle, and has inherited her mother's milk production traits. She has always placed well when shown and was ranked among our top females when the herd was reviewed by two certified judges. She has produced a very nice white male with excellent crimp, density, and handle, and her 2013 cria is a fawn male with fine fiber and beautiful lock structure and crimp.
Nona is currently open, and she will come with a breeding to any of the Wild Hair wholly-owned herdsires.
Her 2014 histogram shows as AFD of 23.7, an SD of 4.9, a CV of 20.5 and 7% > 30 microns. Her 2017 histogram shows an AFD of 25.4, an SD of 5.2 and a CV of 20.4. This is excellent for an 8+ year old.
