Huacaya Alpacas breeding Stock

WHA Aramis is a beautiful light medium fawn male with good bone and a wonderfully soft fleece. His sire is Sunset Hills Golden Thunder and his dam is our WHA Biljana. Aramis has done very well in the show ring, and his first two crias look great. We have a white male born in June 2017 and another farm has a light fawn male born in July 2017. In 2019 Aramis produced a light fawn male that is very fine, crimpy, and very dense, and he has an outstanding personality. He will definitely be a show animal for us. Aramis has won three color championships in fleece and several first or second place ribbons in halter. He took a first and color championship at the Fall Festival Alpaca show in 2014, at the National Western Stock Show in 2015, and at the 2015 TxOLAN Alpaca Spectacular in 2015. At TxOLAN he also took best hand and best brightness awards. He also took a first at GWAS 2015 in fleece. If you are looking for a male to improve you fineness and hand, this is a great candidate. WHA Roaring Thunder is a full brother to WHA Aramis. He has followed in his brother's footsteps, winning two color and one reserve color championships for fleece at National Western Stock Show (2017 & 2018) and TxOLAN (2018). He has 5 first place ribbons and 3 seconds. Physically the two are very close in stature and their fleeces are gorgeous with extreme fineness, crimp, and density. We have bred Thunder a couple of times, and his offspring are outstanding. He has produced two females with fleeces to die for, and they are big healthy girls. Our female was 25 pounds at birth, the biggest animal we have ever had in 19 years of breeding. We have bred him back to the mom, our WHA Anna of Arrendale a second time to see if he can reproduce another outstanding cria. She is not only big, but her fleece is super bright, fine, crimpy, and had a great hand. She will be a show animal for us in 2020. He temperament is calm and curious. This is an outstanding white male from the Mile High Alpaca breeding program. He has won 8 color championships and the judges choice award at the 2011 GWAS show. He has 11 blues and 5 red ribbons in addition to the color banners. Tolouse is is gentleman with a twinkle in his eye, and he's very easy to handle. He has a wonderful disposition and that's important to us, and everyone we know with a Tolouse offspring is delighted with the results. We have two crias from our 2018 breedings and they are both very fine, dense, crimpy, and white (or beige). One is a male and one is a female. He seems to stamp his head on these crias, and that is a good thing. He will improve the herd.
